I know it’s not just me, (I keep saying that, so, maybe it is and I’m just trying to convince myself that it isn’t), but this Primary crap has to stop…NOW! Time and money, needed to defeat the evil maniac in November, is being wasted…and to what end…to nominate unelectable Bernie Sanders? Don’t misunderstand my miles-deep liberalism, I support much of Bernie’s hair-on-fire ranting. The world would surely be a better place if capitalism was less greedy and more committed to freely supporting comprehensive social and environmental responsibility. However, human nature is kinda sucky and that idea is not only very, very hard to legislate, but easy to demonize by a well-funded, rules-be-damned opposition. The polls are incorrect! Bernie does not beat the Devil. Pete, Amy, Elizabeth…not a chance against the shitstorm that is yet to be fully unleashed by the prevailing, take-no-prisoners, (especially named Roger Stone), blitzkrieg waiting to be launched.
I think the answer is Oprah. I don’t think it matters that she’s not a politician. The present model, where politicians run the government…how’s that working out? Oprah’s a great and proven manager. She’ll amass a team of the best and the brightest, set realistic, no-nonsense goals and get things done. She oozes compassion for everyone and will insist that no one feels excluded or marginalized. She will not be intimidated by the big, fat bully and possibly, (I’m just speculating here), everyone will get a Buick. I’m pretty sure she doesn’t want to do it, but I think she needs to take one for the team. The America that allowed someone of her humble beginnings to achieve her remarkable success is one voting day away from being lost forever…

BLOOMBERG/KLOBACHAR…I could get with that…especially if Oprah gets involved.
