The January 6th Committee will hold its last public hearing tomorrow and is expected to make criminal referrals to include the former President and several co-conspirators, including members of Congress.  This is mostly untrodden territory and will require the Attorney General to make some very tough choices.  The fact that there was an attempted coup is unimpeachable.  The stockpile of incriminating data clearly depicting the criminal enterprise directed from the resolute desk of the West Wing and the cadre of oath-breaking accomplices entrenched in our once hallowed and trusted institutions calls for extreme punitory action without regard for station, past or present.  It’s time for the Justice Department to grow a great big pair.  No deals…no Mercy…no leniency for any of the traitors who tried, and are still trying, to end our democracy!
